Sevilla hosts Valencia at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan in a match from La Liga’s first round. If you’re ready, stay with us and our free soccer predictions for tomorrow’s matches.
After winning Europa League again last season, Sevilla will aim to do much better in the domestic league as well. It seems that in Jose Luis Mendilibar they once again found the right coach for the job. The experienced manager stabilised the team and made it perform much better.
Sevilla once again made some moves on the summer transfer market. The club invested some money to sign Rennes’ center-back Loic Bade while they also bought Eintracht Frankfurt’s midfielder and Swiss international Djibril Sow. Espanyol’s left back Adria Pedrosa joined the club as free agent after Los Perricos’ relegation.
Now it’s time for Sevilla to show their true talents once again. Last season they changed a few managers, but now they look solid with Mendilibar at the helm.
Valencia barely survived last season when they saved themselves in literally the last round. Ruben Baraja kept his job as manager, but it seems that once again Los Che will have a tough campaign. As you probably know, their finances are not very good at the moment. They don’t have enough money which means that they can’t buy the players they want.
On the market Valencia signed just two new players. The club bought Olympique Lyonnais’ center-back Cenk Ozkacar while Levante’s defensive midfielder Pepelu also moved to the Estadio Mestalla. At the same time Valencia had to sell the midfielder Yunus Musah in order to raise funds while Edinson Cavani, Justin Kluivert, Toni Lato and Nico Gonzalez left the club, too.
